高資（たかすけ）の湯冷ましは、使い勝手もよく、佇まいも美しい常滑焼となります。

湯冷ましとは、日本茶を美味しく淹れるために欠かせない道具の一つです。茶葉が入った急須に注ぐ前に、沸かしたてのお湯を一旦湯冷ましに注いでみましょう。そうするとお湯の温度は10℃ほど下がります。少し待ってから80℃くらいになったお湯を使うと、日本茶のうま味、甘み、渋みと苦味をバランスよく引き出せます。
