Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senchaism.
Senchaism ships all over the world.
Our green teas and our tea ware are shipped directly from Japan.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
International Shipping
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can select shipment method when you check out.
- International Shipment
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you chose DHL, EMS or Priority Mail Service, it will include your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
No sales tax (CT) for international shipping.
Senchaism is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
Senchaism is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a complaint or avoid accepting any damaged package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a complaint.
Domestic (Japan) Shipping
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 days.
We use YAMATO TRANSPORT Co. to deliver our tea with as safely and as quickly possible.
Teas are typically delivered within 2-3 days, which means it usually takes a total of 3-6 business days for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions.
Shipping to Okinawa may be delayed due to reduced air freight.
